Xulescu Nr. 10<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; denumirea, num\u00e3rul si data (ziua, luna, anul) \u00eentocmirii formularului; <em>Exemplu<\/em> Chitanta, seria AB nr.001.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; numele si prenumele persoanei fizice care depune sume si ce reprezint\u00e3 acestea sau, dup\u00e3 caz, denumirea unit\u00e3tii; codul de identificare fiscal\u00e3; num\u00e3rul de \u00eenregistrare la oficiul registrului comertului; sediul (localitatea, str., num\u00e3r); judetul persoanei juridice; <em>Exemplu<\/em>: Popesc Ilie, depunere numerar de la banca sau SC CUMPARATOR SRL localitatea Arad, str.
